-First-class flat/large envelope (1 oz.) up $.02 to $.90 each. Each additional ounce unchanged at $.20

-Postcards up $.03 to $.32 each

-Letters to Canada or Mexico up $.05 to $.85 each

-Letters to other international destinations up $.07 to $1.05 each

-Priority Mail retail rates will increase by an average of 3.2% and will start at $5.20 (previously $5.10)
